My Pipeline is a personal view of the Logged in User that displays all the current Leads generated by logged in user or assigned to logged in user.With My Pipeline, you get an aggregated view Feature is available with every Licence User in LeadX.

Here you can see an overview of all the Leads assigned to you or generated created by you along with the KPI information such as Revenue, Leads Total, Hit Rate and handshake specific to you.

Here you can see your personal Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

If you have a Sales Licence (Manager or Professional) this is where you select and update the Leads you are working on.

If you have a Non-Sales Licence (Basic or LITE) this is where you select and view the leads you have created.

As a Manager User you can also view any Child Organisation in your LeadX community and any Team members Pipeline by selecting the Organisation and person from the dropdown menu.  Please note you can only view your colleagues Leads & KPI’s, you cannot update a lead unless it is assigned to you.

KPI

Description For Sales Licences: Manager & Professional

Revenue, <currency>

Displays the real-time invoiced revenue from the Leads you have won and closed.
Please note the Lead Value field must be entered for this KPI to work effectively.

The Revenue is calculated based on the Lead Value of the Leads that are closed in Won State

Leads TotalLeads

Total displays Displays the total number of leads generated by logged in user or assigned to logged in useryou, both closed leads and leads in process.

Hit Rate

Percentage Leads Won against total number of Leads generated by logged in user or assigned to logged in user

Handshakes

Number of handshakes occurred in the Organization and Leads generated by non sales team members

If Multi-Organization feature is enabled then for Manager User of Parent Organization LeadX display drop downs for selecting Organization and Specific User of the organization to view that user’s pipeline.

Displays the percentage of closed leads only, won vs lost.

Handshakes

Displays the total number of accepted leads you’ve received from non-sales licences, Basic & LITE. Please note this does not include Sales Licence Users

Leads Total

Displays the total number of leads you have posted, both closed leads and leads in process.

Hit Rate

Displays the percentage of closed leads only, won vs lost.

Handshakes

Displays the total number of Leads you created that have been accepted by your Manager.

Ongoing Sales

Here you can view and update your leads that are closed and in process.
You can filter the leads by stages for ease of viewing.

Updating a Lead

This can only be done by a Sales Licence User, Manager or Professional.

To update a Lead and move it through the sales cycle, click on the lead and select update.
Here you can select Next to move the lead on a stage as necessary.
You can see every stage is timed from the moment the Lead is accepted.
Please note once a Lead is saved in its new stage it cannot be moved backwards.

  • You can click on any desired Lead to view the Lead details and Update Lead

    • You can only update a lead if you are owner of lead and has Role as when it’s assigned to you and have a Professional or Manager Licence

    • If you are a Basic User then you can only update a lead that is created by you and its in New stage

Here you can also view and update planned events, history and notes which are displayed with each lead.

  • You can update every Input field accept Company Name and Number.

  • Simply select Next ➡ to move the Lead through the sales stages

  • You can re-assign the Lead to a team member by selecting them from the dropdown box in the Select Team Member field.

  • Remember to hit save after making your changes.

  • You can click on any Contact / Company to view the details and Update, if necessary

Contacts

The right column is contacts. Contacts are automatically created with every lead and put into an alphabetical database.

You can create a contact by selecting create new contact at the top of the page and select company or person.
