As a Manger User you play a key role as the ‘engine’ of your LeadX Community.
The My Pipeline Feature is where you view and action all your Leads.
It’s also where every Lead created by a Non-Sales User (Basic & LITE) will be sent, into your Pipeline, for you to action.
Therefore you will want to check your My Pipeline Feature often, this is how it works:

Desktop View:Now you’re assigning Leads, you’ll soon see Leads become valued customers.
This also happens in the My Pipeline Feature.
Select the Lead you want to update form the Ongoing Sales section.

First things first, you want to Review, Accept & Assign Leads on a regular basis.

KPI | Description For Sales Licences: Manager & Professional | Revenue Calculated on the Lead Value of all Leads that are closed in 'Won' State | Displays the real-time invoiced revenue from the Leads you have won and closed.
Leads Total | Displays the total number of leads assigned to you, both closed leads and leads in process. | |
Hit Rate | Displays the percentage of closed leads only, Won Vs Lost. | |
Handshakes | Displays the total number of accepted leads you’ve received from non-sales licences, Basic & LITE. Please note this does not include Sales Licence Users |

Contacts are automatically created with every lead and put into an alphabetical database. You can create a contact by selecting create new contact at the top of the page and select company or person. |

To update a Lead and move it through the sales cycle, select the Lead and hit update.
Once a Lead is saved in its new stage it cannot be moved backwards.
Parked stage pauses the Lead and prevents the data from impacting the KPIs.
