As a Manger User you play a key role as the ‘engine’ of your LeadX Community.

The My Pipeline Feature is where you view and action all your Leads.
It’s also where every Lead created by a Non-Sales User (Basic & LITE) will be sent, into your Pipeline, for you to action.

Therefore you will want to check your My Pipeline Feature often, this is how it works:

Now you’re assigning Leads, you’ll soon see Leads become valued customers.
This also happens in the My Pipeline Feature.



Select the Lead you want to update form the Ongoing Sales section.

Here you can see 3 sections:

Notice the 2 dropdown boxes where you select Organisation or Licence User

Every stage of your Lead Journey is timed to give you a clear overview of time invested.

Key Performance Indicators gives you a high level overview of your team and company.
Select Organisation and Team Member from the dropdown menu for further viewing.

Displays the real-time invoiced revenue from the Leads you have won and closed.
Please note the 'Lead Value' field must be entered for this KPI to work effectively.

titleReview, Accept & Assign Leads

First things first, you want to Review, Accept & Assign Leads on a regular basis.
You do this in the Ongoing Sales Section where your leads Pipeline is displayed

  • Select Filter By Stages - this will show you ALL Leads by default

  • Select NEW - this displays all the Leads waiting for you to review which have been created by your Basic & Lite Users. You’ll see only one hand in the Handshake is Green, this is because you have not accepted this Lead yet.

  • Select the NEW Lead, check the info and select Update.

  • Now you can add information, such as closing date, value, category etc. If you’re happy with the Lead you can either accept it yourself by completing the Handshake or assign it to one of your Sales Team.

Description For Sales Licences: Manager & Professional

Revenue

Calculated on the Lead Value of all Leads that are closed in 'Won' State

Leads Total

Displays the total number of leads assigned to you, both closed leads and leads in process.

Hit Rate

Displays the percentage of closed leads only, Won Vs Lost.

Handshakes

Displays the total number of accepted leads you’ve received from non-sales licences, Basic & LITE. Please note this does not include Sales Licence Users

Contacts are automatically created with every lead and put into an alphabetical database.

You can create a contact by selecting create new contact at the top of the page and select company or person.

Updating a Lead

To update a Lead and move it through the sales cycle, select the Lead and hit update.

  • Simply select Next ➡ to move the Lead through the sales stages

Once a Lead is saved in its new stage it cannot be moved backwards.

  • You can only update Lead that are assigned to you, you can view any Lead.

  • You can update every Input field accept Company Name and Number.

  • You can re-assign the Lead to a team member by selecting them from the dropdown box in the Select Team Member field.

  • Remember to hit save after making your changes.

  • Here you can also view and update planned events, history and notes which are displayed with each lead.

Parked stage pauses the Lead and prevents the data from impacting the KPIs.

This can only be done by a Sales Licence User, Manager or Professional.
