User Management enables you to:

  • Manage users

  • Invite new users

  • Manage registration requests


Manage Users

  • In the organization user list you have an overview of all the users in your organization.

  • In the search bar you can search for a specific user or child organization.

  • Under every user in your organization there is a User Profile.

User Profile

  • In the user profile you have access to update some of the profile information.

  • You can choose to disable or enable the user with the toggle switch in the top right corner.

  • If you de-activate a User this Licence becomes available for use by a new user.


Invite Users

You can invite new users in four different ways:

  • Manually Register User

  • Self registration by unique URL-link

  • Self registration by URL-link

  • Bulk Upload

    Invite Users through the Admin User Licence in the User Management Feature.

    Manually Register User

    • You can invite up to ten users at a time this way.

    • Select organization, fill out the user info and send.

    • The invited user will receive an e-mail to set their password.

    User Self Registration Requests:

    • When a user self-registers you will receive a pending request.

    • You can assign the user role, organization and department.

    Bulk Upload:

    • Bulk upload is for inviting multiple users at the same time.

    • Download the sample format and fill in the users information.

    • Select Organization.

    • Add file with users.
