User Management gives an overview of all users in your LeadX Community, filter the list by name, phone number, email, the role assigned, organization, or status. You can search for users by email or organization in the search field.

Update user information by clicking on the name of the user. You can update the information in all white fields, if you want information changed in the grey fields - please contact us at support@leadx360.com.

Switching on/off the toggle in the top right corner gives the user active/inactive status. The user will only have access to log in when their status is set to active.

 Manage Org. Access if you have multiple orgs in your LeadX Community

To manage org. access click on the Manage Org. Access button.

  1. Search for users by name or license type:

  2. Choose the user you want to edit access for, and switch on/off the toggles to manage the users' org. access, remember to save when changes are made:

  3. When a user is given access to multiple organization, they will be able to easily jump back and forth without logging out/in again through the multi org. shortcut button in the top menu bar, select the org you want to go to and you will be redirected:
