Child Organization

A Child Organization in LeadX platform is the organization or company that is Service Partner or Vendor or Channel Partner of Parent Organization. The Child Organization information is captured by LeadX Customer Success Team while on-boarding a new Customer to LeadX platform

Child Organization is a sub organization and similar to the Parent Organization, however, the information captured by Child Organization is only available to Child Organization and manager of Parent Organization but not vice versa.

Data Security

LeadX has implemented a strong Chinese wall concept between Child Organizations and no information is shared between Child Organizations

Manager User of Parent Organization can view the Child Organization information

The Parent organization maintains the information about:

  • License & Subscription information

    • Subscription Start Date

    • Subscription End Date

  • Users and Licenses associated to the Users

  • Organizational Logo

  • Currency Information

    • Base Currency

    • Additional Currencies

  • Timezone

  • Date Format

  • Address Information

  • Default Language

The License and Subscription information of the Child Organization is governed by the License and Subscription of the Parent Organization

Multi-Organization Feature is not available for Child Organization
