Handover

The Handover feature enables you to exchange Leads in your LeadX Community.

• Leads from Parent Organisation to Child Organisation

• Leads from Child Organisation to Parent Organisation

This feature can only be used by a Sales Licence User e.g. Manager or Professional.

• A lead can be sent using Handover Feature by either Manager or Professional User in each Organisation.

• Every Lead received from the Handover feature will always be located in the Manager Pipeline of that Organisation. e.g. A Professional User from a Child organisation uses Handovers feature to send a lead to the Parent Organisation, this Lead will automatically be placed in the Parent Managers' Pipeline.

• The Manager receiving a Lead from the Handover Feature can then review, accept and assign the Lead accordingly.

• A notification (Sales Feed) is generated for each Organisation involved in the Handover process.

In Handover, the parent organisation can exchange their leads with the child organisation and the child organisation can exchange their leads with the parent organisation.

PLEASE NOTE: To send a Lead from a Child organisation direct to another Child organisation you must use the Cross Silo Feature.
