Child Organizations

Only the Administrator User Licence can access Child Organizations.

Child Organizations enables you to:

  • Create New Organizations

  • Manage Organizations

  • Update & Edit Organizations

  • Invite New Licence Users

A Child Organization (Org.) is any additional Org. you create in your LeadX Community, you can only have one Parent.

A Child Organization sits underneath your main (Parent) Organization. You can create as many Child Orgs. as you need but the structure only allows you to go 1 row deep. For example you cannot have a Child Org. underneath another Child Org. They will all be placed under the Parent Org. in your LeadX community.

Leads can be shared from Child Org. to Child Org. with the Cross Silo Feature.
Leads can be shared from Parent to Child Org. and vice versa with the Handover Feature.

There is a one time fee to set up Child Organisation Feature in your LeadX Community.

Create and Manage your Child Organisations

  • The screen below shows you how the Child Organisation looks in the Admin Feature:

 

After selecting Child Organisation you’re directed to the landing page, shown below.
Here you can view all your existing Child Orgs, Invite users and create new Orgs..

Creating a new Child Org. is fast and easy, simply select the Create Child Org. button

  • Fill in the input fields and select Create.

  • Your new Child Org. will now appear in your Child Org. list.

Update / Edit Child Org.

Choose the Child Org. you wish to update from your drop down list and select the 3 dots as shown below:

  • This gives you 3 options:

Make your desired selection.

Generate New URL link for Self-Registration.

Invite Users

Select the Child Org. you wish to invite Users to from your dropdown list.
Then select the Invite User button, this will open the pop-up window shown below:

  • You can select the Org. you want to invite the Users to from the dropdown box at the top

  • Fill in all the Input Fields

  • Select Invite More Users as needed, maximum 10 at one time.
