Sales Community is an Organization wide view that displays all the current Leads generated in LeadX application along with its current Stage and status.

With Sales Community, you get an aggregated view of all the Leads, current Revenue, Total number of Leads, Handshakes & Hit Rate in Real Time

Description

Revenue , <currency>
The

Revenue displays the current revenue of the organization converted to the Base Currency of the organization Displays the real-time invoiced revenue from the Leads won and closed in your LeadX organisation.
This is displayed in the chosen base currency of your organisation.
Please note the Lead Value field must be entered for this KPI to work effectively.

The Revenue is calculated based on the Lead Value of the Leads that are closed in Won State

Leads TotalLeads Total

displays Displays the total number of leads generated Leads in the Organization your Organization.
This includes both closed Leads and Leads in process.

Hit Rate Percentage

Leads Won against total number of Leads% Displays the percentage of closed leads only, won vs lost.

Handshakes

Number of handshakes occurred in the Organization and Leads generated by non sales team members

If Multi-Organization feature is enabled then for Manager User of Parent Organization the KPI information displays the aggregated total of Revenue, Leads, Hit Rate and Handshakes.

Manager User can view the aggregated information or select a specific organization to view it’s specific information

Displays the total number of accepted leads received from non-sales licences, Basic & LITE. Please note this does not include sales licences.
