Sales Community Feature

Sales Community is an overview of your Organization’s leads, real time revenue and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

As a Manager User you can also view any Child Organization in your LeadX community by selecting the relevant organisation from the drop-down menu.

This is only available if you have implemented the Multi-Organization Feature.

You will also see 4 high level KPI’s for your LeadX Community.

Revenue

Displays the real-time invoiced revenue from the Leads won and closed in your LeadX organisation.
This is displayed in the chosen base currency of your organisation.
Please note the Lead Value field must be entered for this KPI to work effectively.

The Revenue is calculated based on the Lead Value of the Leads that are closed in Won State

Leads Total

Displays the total number of Leads in your Organization.
This includes both closed Leads and Leads in process.

Hit Rate

% Displays the percentage of closed leads only, won vs lost.

Handshakes

Displays the total number of accepted leads received from non-sales licences, Basic & LITE. Please note this does not include sales licences.

 

The picture below shows how Sales Community Feature is displayed in the LeadX Application.

On-going Sales displays all the leads that are in process and closed in your organisation. You can filter the leads by stages for ease of viewing.
Select the arrow to open up the Lead stage filter option.
You can only view Leads here, to update a lead you need to access it through the My Pipeline feature.
You can click on any specific lead to get a quick overview of that Lead, shown below:
