Manager & Professional Users:
KPI | Description For Sales Licences: Manager & Professional |

Revenue, <currency> | Displays the real-time invoiced revenue from the Leads you have won and closed. The Revenue is calculated based on the Lead Value of the Leads that are closed in Won State |
Leads Total | Displays the total number of leads assigned to you, both closed leads and leads in process. |
Hit Rate | Displays the percentage of closed leads only, won vs lost. |
Handshakes | Displays the total number of accepted leads you’ve received from non-sales licences, Basic & LITE. Please note this does not include Sales Licence Users |
Basic & LITE Users:
