As a Manger User you play a key role as the ‘engine’ of your LeadX Community.
You will use the My Pipeline Feature regularly. This is your personal Sales Pipeline that displays all your Leads. It’s also where every Lead created by a Non-Sales User (Basic & LITE) will be sent, into your Pipeline, for you to action.
Therefore you want to check your My Pipeline Feature often, this is how it works:
