As a Professional User, you play a key role in Lead creation and maturing a lead through the Sales Process. Your job is to accept or assign leads, run sales activities and update the leads in your pipeline from lead stage to closed won/lost. šŸ„³

Firstly set your profile picture, so the rest of the team recognizes you:

Ā On Desktop

  1. Click on the dropdown button next to your name.

  2. Go to ā€œview profileā€.

  3. Click ā€œeditā€ to set or change your profile picture.


Ā On mobile

  1. Go to ā€œmoreā€

  2. Click on the green pencil to choose your picture. Donā€™t forget to smile!šŸ˜
