As a Professional User, you play a key role in Lead creation and maturing a lead through the Sales Process. Your job is to accept or assign leads, run sales activities and update the leads in your pipeline from lead stage to closed won/lost. 🥳

Firstly set your profile picture, so the rest of the team recognizes you:

 

  1. Click on the dropdown button next to your name.

     

  2. Go to “view profile”.

  3. Click “edit” to set or change your profile picture.




 

  1. Go to “more”

  2. Click on the green pencil to choose your picture. Don’t forget to smile!😁
