As a part of your organization's sales team, you will work on maturing the leads you get assigned by your manager, a team member, or create yourself.

Let’s have a look at how you can update and manage the leads in your pipeline. 🔔

 Updating a lead

To update a Lead and move it through the sales cycle, select the Lead and hit update.

  • Simply select Next ➡ to move the Lead through the sales stages

Once a Lead is saved in its new stage it cannot be moved backwards.

  • You can only update Lead that are assigned to you, you can view any Lead.

  • You can update every Input field accept Company Name and Number.

  • You can re-assign the Lead to a team member by selecting them from the dropdown box in the Select Team Member field.

  • Remember to hit save after making your changes.

  • You can also view and update planned events, history and notes which are displayed with each lead.

  • Parked stage pauses the Lead and prevents the data from impacting the KPIs.

This can only be done by a Sales Licence User, Manager or Professional.
