To update a Lead and move it through the sales cycle, select the Lead and hit update.
Once a Lead is saved in its new stage it cannot be moved backwards.
You can only update Lead that are assigned to you, you can view any Lead.
You can update every Input field accept Company Name and Number.
You can re-assign the Lead to a team member by selecting them from the dropdown box in the Select Team Member field.
Remember to hit save after making your changes.
You can also view and update planned events, history and notes which are displayed with each lead.
Parked stage pauses the Lead and prevents the data from impacting the KPIs.
