This quick starter guide gives you a brief overview of how to access LeadX 360 and enjoy its features.

1. Account & User Access

LeadX is available on Desktop & Mobile.


Access: After successfully completing the on-boarding process the LeadX Customer Success Team will send you your unique Web Application URL: https://”customername”.leadx.com

NOTE: This can only be done on desktop browser.


On the login page select the green Register link under the login button as shown here.

NOTE:
This is only available on Desktop browser.


Fill in the details of the New User and hit the Register button.

NOTE:
This will need to be verified by your Admin User:

Admin > User Management > Pending Requests

Now the Admin User sets the Licence and Organization of the New User.

2. Personal Profile

Select the dropdown arrow next to your name.
Notice the Reward Points you’ve registered in green.
More on Reward Points.

Once opened check your email and number are correct.
Hit the View profile button to add your photo and hit save.


3. Licence User Information
