PURPOSE
As a Manager User you play a key role in your LeadX Community, including:

• Full access to your LeadX 360 environment with Features, Leads and Team Overview (Licence Users)

• Accept, Review & Assign Leads - Every Lead created by a Non-Sales Users (Basic & LITE) will come into your Pipeline for you to action.

• Sales News & Rewards, communicate effectively with your team in-App and create incentives with our in-built reward system.
  
  

LANDING PAGE
This is the first page you see after logging in, as a Manager User you can use both Mobile & Desktop, however we suggest you use Desktop for the best experience.

Open

QUICK ACCESS BAR
Located across the top of the Landing Page.

Create new lead

• Create new leads to be processed by your Sales Team

Create new contact

• Create Contacts as Persons or Companies.

Create sales news

• Create Sales News to communicate in App to your team.

Personal Profile

• This displays your name and current Reward Points

• Press the dropdown arrow to open profile, add picture and update information.
