LeadX 2.0.3 version onwards, the Cross Silo new feature is implemented for better user experience. This feature helps multiple child organizations to generate and exchange the leads between one child organization to another.
Allows Lead generator of Child Organization to Create Lead
Manager handover to other Child Organization, Manager of other Child Organization receives the Lead
A notification (Sales Feed) is generated for other Child Organization
In Cross Silo, only the child organization can exchange their leads with another child organization. Parent organization is not involve in this process. The below image shows you how the Cross Silo Scenario works.
If the Cross Silo feature is enabled in the setting panel of Parent Organization then only any Child Organization will able to exchange their leads with each other without involving Parent.
