Multi Organization

• Multi-Organisation is based on the “Parent-Child” Organisation concept.

• When you have more than 1 organisation in your LeadX community, the default (original) organisation will be the ‘Parent’ and every organisation added will become a ‘Child Organisation' under that parent.

• You can add as many Child Organisations as you need, however you can only go 1 level deep.
  e.g you cannot have a Child Organisation placed underneath another Child Organisation.

• Multi-Organisation empowers all LeadX customers to utilise the same platform and involve their channel/service partners and networks as Lead Generators.

• You can exchange leads within the Parent Organisation and multiple Child Organisations.

• This feature gives you multiple options to select which Child Organisation you want to share your leads.

• You can share specific Sales News with different Child Organisations.

• Leads will always be exchanged via the Manager User in each organisation.
