Multi Organization
Multi-Organisation is based on the “Parent-Child” Organisation concept.
When you have more than 1 organisation in your LeadX community, the default (original) organisation will be the ‘Parent’ and every organisation added will become a ‘Child Organisation' under that parent.
You can add as many Child Organisations as you need, however you can only go 1 level deep.
e.g you cannot have a Child Organisation placed underneath another Child Organisation.Multi-Organisation empowers all LeadX customers to utilise the same platform and involve their channel/service partners and networks as Lead Generators.
You can exchange leads within the Parent Organisation and multiple Child Organisations.
This feature gives you multiple options to select which Child Organisation you want to share your leads.
You can share specific Sales News with different Child Organisations.
Leads will always be exchanged via the Manager User in each organisation.
