Pulse is a Business Intelligence dashboard that gives an aggregated view of your Organization’s current status.

Pulse is available to Manager & Admin Users only and can only be accessed on Web. (Not Mobile)

With Pulse, you can get detailed statistical information about current Leads, Revenue, Hit rate and Handshakes.

  • Firstly you need to choose what information you wish to view, the image below shows you the Pulse landing page.

  • You have 3 options to choose from the dropdown menu’s along the top:

Financial Year

Choose the required year from the dropdown menu.

Organization

Choose the Org. you wish to view or view All Org’s.

Date Range


Choose a specific date range or use the Quarter pre-sets.

  • Select Dashboard Menu:

Select the feature you wish to view from the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner

Revenue is calculated Real Time & Real Quick based on all Closed Deals with Lead Value field entered.

Handshake calculates the total number of handshakes performed across the Organization

Hit Rate % calculates the percentage of closed leads only, won vs lost.

Here is an overview of the KPI’s displayed on Pulse:

Number of Leads created per month.


Monthly Hit Rate %

Monthly average time taken for a Lead to be Closed and Won in your Organization.


Monthly Invoiced Revenue

Select the time range from the dropdown menu and hit the comparison button to see how your Leads are performing.

Choose the Lead status from the dropdown menu to view the 4 categories of aging Leads, 0-7 days, 8-30 days, 31-90 days and 90+ in your pipeline.


Leads

Here you can all all the Leads in your Organization as the image below shows.

  • Select Financial Year, Organization and Date Range as desired from the dropdown boxes at the top

  • Use the Search box to quickly find specific Leads by name or licence.

  • The Manager can access and update any lead by selecting it

Rewards

In LeadX we place value on participation as well as making a sale. Therefore, we have an inbuilt reward system that earns you points for posting and winning leads.

Here you can see a list of all your Licensed Users, how many Leads they have posted and how many have been won. Also, their total number of Reward points.

You can export this information into an Excel Doc or PDF by selecting the button in the top right hand corner.

Pipeline Reports Dashboard

Helpful breakdown and projection of your Leads

Select Financial Year, Organization and Date Range as desired from the dropdown boxes at the top as required. The default selection will show you ALL your Organizations combined.

Weighted Deal Value

Is the probability of you achieving the Revenue based on the current status of your Leads. This is calculated by giving each Lead stage a confidence percentage as shown:
-Lead 20%
-Opportunity 40%
-Proposal 60%
-Negotiation 80% chance of being won.

This only calculates the Leads that have Expected Closing Date and Lead Value field information entered.

The chart displays monthly:
Won – Actual value of Lead that’s won.
Open – Total monthly accumulated weighted deal value
Gross – Total lead value lost that month.

Gross Revenue Forecast


Calculates the monthly revenue based on the Expected Closing Date and Lead value.

This only calculates the Leads that have Expected Closing Date and Lead Value field information entered.

Leads By Sources

This chart displays the amount of Leads you have Vs where they were sourced.

You can add Lead Sources to your dropdown Menu on the Create New Lead function.

This only calculates the Leads that have Lead Source field information entered.


Lead by Stage

This chart displays an overview of total Leads in their current stages in the Sales cycle.

Handover

The Handover Feature enables you to exchange Leads in your LeadX Community.

  • Leads from Parent Organisation to Child Organisation

  • Leads from Child Organisation to Parent Organisation

This feature can only be used by a Sales Licence User e.g. Manager or Professional.

  • Select Financial Year, Organization and Date Range as desired from the dropdown boxes at the top as required. The default selection will show you ALL your Organizations combined.

  • There are 2 KPIs for handover generated and handover accepted.

If date range is not selected it will show the data for last 1 year by default.

The Chart above on the left displays the Leads sent by your Organizations.
The Chart above on the right displays how many Leads have been accepted by your Organizations.

Only Parent will be displayed if you have 1 active Organization.

Cross Silo/Sales

The Cross Silo feature enables multiple Child Organisations to generate and exchange Leads between one another.

  • Only the Manager of each Child Organisation can send and receive the Leads.

  • A notification (Sales Feed) is generated for each Child Organisation

  • There are 2 KPIs for Cross Silos generated and Cross Silos accepted.

  • The top image displays Cross Silos generated

  • The bottom image displays Cross silos accepted

If date range is not selected it will show the data for last 1 year by default.
