Manager User: Sales News & Incentives

Next, you will want to create some Sales News, this enables you to communicate with your Team through your LeadX App. This is a great way to inspire and encourage your team.


Prepare - What do you want to share?

  • Here you can empower and invest in your team, it could be anything from sharing the latest updates, introducing new campaigns and incentives or simply celebrating wins and recognising progress.

  • Here are some examples:

Introducing our 30 Day Lead Generation Challenge:

You will receive points for:

  • Every Lead you create that is accepted and assigned by your Manager

  • Every Lead you create that is won by the Sales Team

  • Every Lead you win yourself

Content - How can you make it specific and fun for your team?

  • Make the challenge attainable and role specific. e.g. You could have a separate challenge for your Sales Team and Non -Sales Team.

  • It’s important to embrace and activate the referral mindset in your team and talk about it often.

  • It’s human nature to share what we like, this is the most powerful way to build - make the challenge fun.


Incentivise - How can you further Invest in your team?

  • Make the rewards as interesting as possible, stackable with a tiered system. For example, using the points you could qualify for rewards depending on how many points you earn.

  • Have short and long term challenges.

  • Vouchers are often a great incentive.

  • Ask your team what they would like to win?

  • Use the Sales News Feature to recognise and celebrate small wins, this helps to build a positive culture.


Create Sales News

Now you’re ready to share your exciting plans!



Sales News can only be accessed by a Manager or Admin User.

  • Once logged in select the Create Sales News button across the top of the screen

  • This will open up the Post News pop-up.

Edit Sales News

  • Login with the same Licence User that created the Sales News to edit it.

  • Select Published option to view following Popup

  • Click Edit button displayed under the desired Sales News

Create Sales News

  • Enter the News Title

  • Upload an image - this makes your News much more interesting to view.

  • Give a description of your news, why, who and what.

  • Publish News To - Here you decide which organisations receive this news. This is only applicable if you have multi-org. set up.

  • Can Be Seen By - Here you select which Licence Users you wish to view this news.

  • Tick the checkbox to add Expiry date for the news if desired.

  • Careful! Reset will clear your Info.

  • Preview, and Publish!
    (You can also Save for later, this will not be displayed until Published)

    Great job!

Delete Sales News

  • Login as a Manager or Admin User, you must login with the same Licence User that created the Sales News to edit it.

  • Click the Delete button to delete the desired News and Click Yes button on the confirmation Popup

  • The Sales News will be deleted and removed from Sales News page

Un-publish Sales News

  • Login with the same Licence User that created the Sales News to edit it.

  • Click Un-publish button to delete the desired News and Click Yes button on the the confirmation Popup.

  • The Sales News will be unpublished and moved to the Drafts

    • You can always Publish the news by clicking Publish button for the news present in the Drafts section
