Manager User: Intro

As a Manager Licence User you play a key role as the engine of your LeadX Community.

• With full access to all the features, one of your most important roles will be to quality check the Leads created by your Non-Sales Users (Basic & LITE).

• Once accepted, you assign that Lead to your Sales Team (Professional User) or yourself to follow up.

Here we have created a step-by-step guide to help you start using LeadX 360 effectively.

Firstly, why not personalise your Licence and set a great example to your team as you take ownership of your role.

 

On Desktop

1. Click on the dropdown button next to your name.

   Open

   

    

2. Go to “View Profile”.

Open

3. Click “edit” to set or change your profile picture.

 

On mobile

1. Select “More” (3 dots / bottom right)

2. Click on the green pencil to upload your picture. Don’t forget to smile!😁
   
   

 

Points

• You will notice your Reward Points you’ve registered in green.

• LeadX has a built-in Reward System which is calculated by:

  • Creating a Lead

  • Accepting a Lead

  • Winning a Lead
