Getting Started with LeadX 360
This quick starter guide gives you a brief overview of how to access LeadX 360 and enjoy its features.
1. Account & User Access
LeadX is available on Desktop & Mobile.
Desktop
Access: After successfully completing the on-boarding process the LeadX Customer Success Team will send you your unique Web Application URL: https://”customername”.leadx.com
Refer to System Requirements for browser support and mobile application support
Login:
Access your Tenancy URL using your browser
Login Screen will be displayed
Enter valid User Credentials such as Email address and Password shared with you by your Admin User or the Customer Success Team
You can always Change the Password
After Successful login you will be navigated to Sales News Page
The Application will show Welcome to LeadX Sales News!
You are all set to use LeadX Application on Web
Mobile
Access: Download Mobile Application from AppStore or PlayStore
Login:
Download the Mobile App from AppStore or PlayStore
Click on the App icon to launch the application
Enter valid User Credentials such as Email address and Password shared with you by your Admin User or the Customer Success Team
You can always Change the Password
After Successful login you will be navigated to Sales News Page
The Application will show Welcome to LeadX Sales News!
You are all set to use LeadX Application on Mobile

2. Personal Profile
Personalise your application by adding Profile information
Select the dropdown arrow next to your name. | |
Once opened check your email and number are correct. |
3. Licence User Information
LeadX has 5 Licence User Seats as shown in the table below;
