PURPOSE
As a Professional User you play a key role in Lead creation and maturing a lead through the Sales Process.

  • Access to your LeadX 360 environment with Features, Leads and Sales Activities

  • Create & Assign Leads

  • Move Leads through the Sales Process


LANDING PAGE
This is the first page you see after logging in, as a Professional User you can use both Mobile & Desktop.

 

QUICK ACCESS BAR
Located across the top of the Landing Page.

Create new lead

  • Create new leads to be processed by your Sales Team

Create new contact

  • Create Contacts as Persons or Companies.

Personal Profile

  • This displays your name and current Reward Points

  • Press the dropdown arrow to open profile, add picture and update information.
