Only available with the Administration User Licence

Role Configuration enables you to:

  • Manage permissions for your Licence Users in your organisation

The changes you make here will affect every Licence in that group. e.g If you change permissions for a Professional licence it updates every Professional Licence.

Select the Licence you wish to configure from the dropdown menu.

Select the Permission you wish to change in the Module and Feature Set.

Green toggle is active.

NOTE:
Only Handover and Cross-silo Sales can be configured currently in the Professional User.

 

  • Handover enables the Professional User to send Leads to the Parent organization.

  • Cross-silo enables the Professional User to send Leads to a Child organization.
