Manage Lead

The Lead can be managed by either Professional user or Manager User.

In Manage Lead you can

  • Update Lead Information

  • Update Lead Pipeline Stage

  • Mark Lead as Closed - Won, Closed - Lost

  • Update Lead as Parked

  • Create Planned Events

    • Mail

    • Message

    • Other

  • Create Notes

  • View History

To Update Lead you must select the Lead present in your My Pipeline (Mobile and Web)

Update Lead

  • Login to LeadX web application or Mobile App using valid User Credentials

  • Go to My Pipeline

    • On Web, click on My Pipeline present in the left Menu Panel

    • On Mobile, Click on the My Pipeline button present at the bottom of the mobile

  • Select the desired Lead to update

  • The Update Popup or screen is displayed

  • To Update Lead Information

    • Click on Update button

    • Make changes to the lead information and Click Save

  • To add new Event

    • Scroll to the bottom of the popup or page

    • Click on + sign present in the header of Planned Events box to open Create Event popup

    • You can add event as

      • Lead Sales Activity

      • Lead Task

      • Note

    • To add new Event

      • Click Lead Sales Activity button

      • Enter the necessary information and click Save

    • To add new Lead Task

      • Click Lead Task button

      • Enter the necessary information

      • Enter the Deadline

      • Click Save

    • To add new Note

      • Click Note button

      • Enter necessary information and click Save

  • You can also create Notes by clicking + sign present in the Notes Box on Update popup

    • To create a Note

      • Click + sign present on the top section of Notes box

      • A New Note popup is displayed

      • Enter necessary information and click Save

  • The Lead detailed screen is displayed with basic information about the lead

  • To update the Lead

    • Click See more details button

    • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Update button

  • The screen displays three sections Planned Events, History and Notes to show existing events, history information and Notes information

  • To add new Event

    • Click Add new sales activity button present under Planned events

    • A New Sales Activity screen is displayed

    • Enter the necessary information

    • Enter Date and Time to plan the event

    • click Save

  • To add Add new Task

    • Click Add new Task button present under Planned events

    • A New Lead Task screen is displayed

    • Enter the necessary information

    • Enter Deadline

    • click Save

  • To Add new Note

    • Click Add new Note present under Notes section

    • A new Note screen is displayed

    • Enter the necessary information and click Save

Ring the Bell

Ring the bell feature allows Manager user to generate a special Sales Feed notification for the Lead that Rings the bell when any user clicks the notification on mobile or web

To enable Ring the bell for any Lead :

  • The lead can be updated by Lead Owner ( Manager or Professional User ) at any point and stage is updated as Closed and sub stage as Won

  • Once the Lead is closed in Won Sub Stage, the owner can open the Lead from My Pipeline to view the Lead

  • The lead details are displayed along with Ring the Bell button

  • Click Ring the Bell button to generate Sales Feed with Ring the bell turned on.

  • Once the button is clicked a Sales Feed is generated and displayed on Sales Feed section of Sales New Page or Screen
