Only the Administrator User Licence can access Data Export.

Data Export enables you to:

  • Export your contacts, company details and Lead information

 

You can search by Organization, Date or Keyword as shown below:

Once you have searched your keyword, e.g. ‘Lead’ a list will be created with your results.
The screen below shows how the structure of the Data displayed:

You can also choose to view your Contacts & Companies.

Multi-Organization Feature enables the Manager of Parent Organization to view and Export Data from all Child Organizations.
