Organizational Profile

 

Only available with the Administration User Licence

Organizational Profile enables you to:

  • View and update your Organization,

  • Configure Self-Registration settings,

  • Create Child Organisations and

  • Invite New Licence Users.

After selecting the ‘Know More’ button you will view the landing page which gives you a basic information overview for your organization.


Update Organization Profile:

Select the “UPDATE” button in the top right corner to view and change your organisation information.

  • You can only update your organizations:

  • Account / Name

  • Address

  • Financial Year Start Month
    Once you have made your changes please select the Update Button at the bottom right.

Self-Registration Links

  • Registered URL is the current Self-Registration URL link being used by your Organisation.
    You can select the ‘copy' button next to it to share this when inviting new Users.

  • Generate NEW URL once you have updated the Self-Registration settings you have to select the Generate New URL button to create a new URL Link to copy and invite new Users.

This feature works best when inviting multiple Users of the same Licence, e.g. 10 Lite Licence Users. Everyone who receives this URL link will be added according to the Licence User settings you configure.

Self - Registration Configuration:
To update and configure Self-Registration select the ‘Cog Wheel’ underneath the Update button, in the top right hand corner, shown below:


This will lead you to the configuration page that looks like this:

On this page you configure the settings for the following:

User Self Registration

  • Make sure the toggle is green (on) so that this feature is enabled.

Enable Registration Approval

  • Turn on registration approval if you want to approve each User before they are confirmed.
    If you are inviting 10+ Users at one time we suggest you leave this turned off so they can be automatically approved and save you time.

Select Organization in User Registration Dropdown

  • Select Organization only applies if you have Multi-Organizations in your community.
    Select this to give your Users the ability to choose which Organization they are joining

Email Id

  • Email Id displays the Admin email the User Invites will be sent from.

Default Role to be assigned will be the Licence the User is going to have.

Default Department to be assigned is the department they represent.

Default Title to be assigned will normally be the same as their Default Role unless you have different Titles you wish to use in your company.

 

Other Settings:

LITE User Configuration: only applies to LITE Users.

Create Contact Feature:

  • Create Contacts as as well as Leads, turn on green toggle to give access for this.

Revenue Field in My Pipeline

  • This displays how much revenue has been created form the leads you created that went on to be Won.


Sales News: Enable or disable Sales News Publishing feature.

  • Enable Publishing news allows the Organization Manager to create publish Sales News.
    Green toggle = on.

  • Enable publish News between Childs Organization allows the Manager to send the Sales News to Child Organizations. Green toggle = on.


Handover & Cross Silo: Enable or disable feature across the Organizations.

  • Handover allows a Lead to move between a Parent and Child Organization.

  • Cross Silo allows a Lead to move between Child Organizations only.

Once you have set your desired configuration please remember to hit the save button in bottom left corner.


Create Child Organization

Creating a Child Organization is quick and easy.

  • Choose a Picture or Logo.

  • Name your Organization.

ID is automatically assigned as is the sub domain for web users.

  • Primary Contact will act as the Admin User for the new Organization.

Organizational Settings are preset by the Parent and cannot be changed.

  • Type in the address for the new Child Organization.

Once you have filled in the information remember to hit the save button in bottom left corner.


Invite User

To use this Invite Feature you need to have the Users basic information to hand, Name, Number, Email.

  • Select the Organization you wish to invite them to join from the dropdown arrow.

  • Enter all the field boxes.

  • Role determines which User Licence you are inviting them to use, please select carefully.

  • Hit the +Invite More Users to repeat the process, you can invite 10 at one time.

  • Hit Send when finished.

Each person will now receive an email invitation with their login details, (email) and instruction to create a new password. Once they have complete this they can login to their LeadX Organization immediately.
