HubSpot Integration

LeadX 360 supports full integration with HubSpot CRM.

Admin Licence User is required to access and set up this integration.

 

To access your HubSpot integration:

  • Login as an Admin User
    > Administration Feature
    > Integrations
    > HubSpot

  • Select the Manage button in the HubSpot box


Access and Set Up

You will now be taken through a quick 5 step integration process:

STEP 1: CRM Details

  • Press the Connect to HubSpot Button

  • First time logging in you will be directed to your HubSpot account.

  • Login to HubSpot

  • Press Save & Proceed

STEP 2: Data Objects Mapping

  • Configure the synchronisation for Company, Contacts and Leads

  • Bi-directional mapping between LeadX and HubSpot.

  • Choose the direction of mapping you require by pressing the green toggle.

  • Green represents ‘turned on'

  • View Object mapping by selecting the view mapping button.

  • Press Save & Proceed.

STEP 3: Status Mapping

  • Configure the status mapping of your Sales Pipelines.

  • The left hand column displays LeadX Pipeline and the right displays HubSpot.

  • The LeadX Pipeline is set and cannot be changed.

  • Select the opposite box in the HubSpot column to open the status options and choose the status of each pipeline stage to meet your requirements.

  • Press Save & Proceed.

STEP 4: Assign Sales Manager

  • HubSpot > LeadX:
    The top box denotes who is the default Salesforce User to receive Lead information from LeadX. Choose a registered User from the dropbox options.

  • LeadX > Hubspot

STEP 5: Data Synchronization Scheduler

  • Choose the time frame you wish to synchronize your data from the 4 options available.

  • Select the Time and Date you wish this to start.

  • Select the Done and Ready to Go button after making your selections.

  • Congratulations!, you have configured your integration.

  • Leads

 

LeadX > HubSpot (if configured)

HubSpot > LeadX (if configured)

Lead Created

A Lead is only recognised in Salesforce in Lead Stage.
'New' Leads are not sent as they are not recognised as a Lead until accepted.

All Leads created in Salesforce will show in LeadX

Lead Deleted

The lead is marked as deleted in HubSpot

The lead will be marked as Deleted in LeadX

Lead Won

the Lead is closed and marked as Won

the Lead is closed and marked as Won

Lead Lost

the Lead is closed and marked as Lost

the Lead is closed and marked as Lost

Lead Transferred

Transferred leads from one person to another : updates the Owner of Lead

It doesnt make any change in LeadX as the owner may not be present in LeadX

Lead Handover or Cross Silo

Can only be moved from one org to another org if its not accepted yet. Once accepted the lead cannot be moved in another Org.

When the lead is new and not accepted then in case of cross silo or handover the lead is moved from one pipeline to another provided subsequent pipelines are mapped in Integration Configuration.

If Pipelines are not configured then the lead is not moved from one pipeline to another.

No Action is taken as in LeadX once the lead is in lead state and moved from one pipeline to another.
