Salesforce Integration
Salesforce integration allows you to share the valuable data you collect in Salesforce with other systems.
This feature helps to fetch the information from Salesforce and the pulled data will add into the LeadX database.
Welcome to your Salesforce Integration.
To access your Salesforce integration:
Login as an Admin User
> Administration Feature
> Integrations
> SalesforceSelect the Manage button in the Salesforce box
Only the Administrator Licence User can access Integrations.
To access Salesforce integration:
Log in as an Administrator
Select the > Administration Feature > Know More on Integrations
Select the Configure Now button on the Salesforce box.
Access and Set Up
You will now be taken through a quick 5 step integration process:
STEP 1: CRM Details
Press the Connect to Salesforce Button
First time logging in you will be directed to your Super Office account.
Log in to Salesforce
Press Save & Proceed
STEP 2: Data Objects Mapping
Configure the synchronisation for Company, Contacts and Leads
Bi-directional mapping between LeadX and Salesforce.
Choose the direction of mapping you require by pressing the green toggle.
Green represents ‘turned on'
View Object mapping by selecting the view mapping button.
Press Save & Proceed.
STEP 3: Status Mapping
Configure the status mapping of your Sales Pipelines.
The left hand column displays LeadX Pipeline and the right displays Salesforce.
The LeadX Pipeline is set and cannot be changed.
Select the opposite box in the Salesforce column to open the status options and choose the status of each pipeline stage to meet your requirements.
Press Save & Proceed.
STEP 4: Assign Sales Manager
Salesforce > LeadX:
The top box denotes who is the default Salesforce User to receive Lead information from LeadX. Choose a registered User from the dropbox options.LeadX > Salesforce
STEP 5: Data Synchronization Scheduler
Choose the time frame you wish to synchronize your data from the 4 options available.
Select the Time and Date you wish this to start.
Select the Done and Ready to Go button after making your selections.
Congratulations, you have configured your integration.
