Forgot or Reset Password

LeadX Forgot Password

If you forget your password simply select the 'Forgot your password? link on the Login Screen

• Click Forgot Password link provided on the Login Page in web and Login screen on mobile

• Enter your registered Email Address and click Send Password reset link button (shown below)

Open

• A message will be displayed after a link is successfully sent to your Email Address

• You will receive an Email with Reset Password link

Open

• Click on the link received in the Email to reset the password

• Upon clicking the link following screen will be displayed
  
  

• Enter new Password in New Password and Confirm Password boxes and click on Reset password button

• Password is reset successfully

• Click Ok to navigate to Login page on web and Login screen on Mobile

• You will receive confirmation Email on your registered Email Address

• Your password has been reset successfully.
