The Sales Feed in LeadX platform is a notification generated after specific events occur in LeadX.

Typically a Sales Feed is generated

  • After creating a new Lead

  • A lead generated by Basic User is approved by Sales Team

  • Closed a Lead as Won

  • Ring the Bell

Currently, there are 2 Types of Sales Feeds generated in LeadX

 

  • General Notification Sales Feed

 

  • Ring the Bell Notification Sales Feed

 

Ring the Bell notification Sales Feed is only generated if the Lead is Closed in Won sub stage and Lead Owner has clicked Ring The Bell button

LeadX 2.0 onward, Ring The Bell Notification Sales Feed also generates a Push notification to all mobiles that has LeadX Mobile App installed

On click of a Push Notification a Sales feed is displayed on the mobile and a Bell sound can be heard
