Sales News Feature

The Sales News feature is the default Landing page when logging into your LeadX 360 Platform.

Sales News can only be created by the Manager or Admin User who chooses which organisations and licences holders can view the news they create.

The image below displays the layout of the Sales News Page on Desktop.

  • The Feature options are listed down the left hand side.

  • Sales News is displayed in the centre, simply click on the image to open the news page.

  • Notifications are listed down the right hand side.

Create Sales News

To Create Sales news

  • Login as a Manager or Admin User.

  • Select Create sales news button to view following Popup

  • Enter News Title

  • Select and Upload appropriate image for News

  • Enter the News description

  • Select Organizations in 'Publish news to' from the drop-down

  • Select which Licence Users you wish to view this news, select from drop-down menu.

  • Tick the checkbox to add Expiry date for the news

  • Select an expiry date for the news from Expiry Date

  • Click Preview to Preview the Sales news before publishing the News

  • You can save the news as Draft by clicking Save as draft button. If you click the Save as draft button then the news will be saved but not displayed in the Sales News Page

    • You can always edit the news saved as draft and click Publish button to publish the news

  • You can click the Publish button to Save and Publish the news

  • You can click Reset button to clean all entered information

Edit Sales News

  • Login as a Manager or Admin User, you must login with the same Licence User that created the Sales News to edit it.

  • To edit Sales News click Published option to view following Popup

  • Click Edit button displayed under the desired Sales News

Delete Sales News

  • Login as a Manager or Admin User, you must login with the same Licence User that created the Sales News to edit it.

  • Click the Delete button to delete the desired News and Click Yes button on the confirmation Popup

 

  • The Sales News will be deleted and removed from Sales News page

Unpublish Sales News

  • Login as a Manager or Admin User, you must login with the same Licence User that created the Sales News to edit it.

  • Click Unpublish button to delete the desired News and Click Yes button on the the confirmation Popup.

  • The Sales News will be unpublished and moved to the Drafts

    • You can always Publish the news by clicking Publish button for the news present in the Drafts section
