Note

Notes are associated with the Lead generated in the LeadX platform. A note can be added by Creator of the lead as well as the Owner of the Lead.

The notes are always displayed in the View Lead Popup in Web and Screen in Mobile which is displayed after clicking the selecting the Lead from My Pipeline

Notes Parameters

Note Created By	The name of the user who created the note	Basic / Professional / Manager
Create Date time	Date and time of note creation The date and time of creation is displayed as per the timezone of the user	Basic / Professional / Manager

You can create notes while:

Adding a new Lead
Updating a Lead

Add Note

To add Note while adding a new Lead

Login to LeadX web application or Mobile App using valid User Credentials
To generate lead
- In Web
  - Click on Create new lead button provided in the Header section to open New Lead Popup
- In Mobile
  - Click on + sign provided in the header section
  - A Popup is opened, click on Lead button to open New Lead Screen
Enter the necessary information
Enter the note in the Notes Box and click Save

To add Note while Updating a Lead

Login to LeadX web application or Mobile App using valid User Credentials
Go to My Pipeline
- On Web, click on My Pipeline present in the left Menu Panel
- On Mobile, Click on the My Pipeline button present at the bottom of the mobile
Select the desired Lead to update

The Update Popup or screen is displayed
To add new Note
- Click Note button
- Enter necessary information and click Save

The screen displays three sections Planned Events, History and Notes to show existing events, history information and Notes information
To Add new Note
- Click Add new Note present under Notes section
- A new Note screen is displayed
- Enter the necessary information and click Save
