User Management
Only available with the Administration User Licence
User Management enables you to:
Manage users
Invite new users
Manage registration requests
Manage Users
In the organization user list you have an overview of all the users in your organization.
In the search bar you can search for a specific user or child organization.
Under every user in your organization there is a User Profile.
User Profile
In the user profile you have access to update some of the profile information.
You can choose to disable or enable the user with the toggle switch in the top right corner.
If you de-activate a User this Licence becomes available for use by a new user.
Invite Users
Invite Users through the Admin User Licence in the User Management Feature.
Manually Register User
You can invite up to ten users at a time this way.
Select organization, fill out the user info and send.
The invited user will receive an e-mail to set their password.
User Self Registration Requests:
When a user self-registers you will receive a pending request.
You can assign the user role, organization and department.
Bulk Upload:
Bulk upload is for inviting multiple users at the same time.
Download the sample format and fill in the users information.
Select Organization.
Add file with users.
